A Vision Board is a collage representing things you would like to manifest in your life. It will serve as a daily reminder to focus on your goals. During this workshop you will identify specific, measurable, achievable, and realistic short-term and long-term goals to help you re-define your future utilizing the eight areas of wellness (physical, mental/emotional, intellectual, relationships, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental). You will then gather pictures to place on your board to visually represent your goals for the New Year.
