An active and vibrant lay leadership structure is important to the well-being of any Jewish institution. Sha’arey Shalom is proud to be not only led by an incredible group of clergy and professional staff but also by our Board of Trustees, made up of members who volunteer their time and talents to make our community a better place.
Pam, Marc and their family joined Temple Sha'arey Shalom in 1967. Their children have become Bar and Bat Mitzvah, were confirmed and married at TSS. She has been a member of the Ritual Committee and Shiva Committee since 1972. This will be her eighth year teaching seventh grade Hebrew in our religious school.
Pam is a graduate of Weequahic High School, Kean College and Rutgers University School of Law - Newark. She is a retired trial attorney. During the final four years of practice, she represented battered women in domestic violence court.
Pam has always been impressed by the spirit of our clergy, our caring religious school and pre-school directors, the dedication of our teachers and staff. She recognizes and supports TSS's commitment to Judaism, to lifelong learning and acts of lovingkindness.
